Reason for becoming an Adventurer:

Working as a Nurse on Ward 3B I have been very privileged to have worked with and cared for the children and families who are waging a war against childhood cancer. I am constantly inspired and in awe of the strength, determination and positive attitudes that these children and families possess and would love to do my bit to help find a cure for these diseases. Having worked in this field, I understand the importance of research and equipment supplies in order to achieve this, and wanted to make a greater difference in prevention rather than just treatment.
